Refund & Return Policy

At Kemudahan Serbaneka, your satisfaction matters. This policy explains when and how you can request a return or refund for items purchased from us.
1. Eligibility for refund / return
You may request a return or refund if:
- The item arrived defective, damaged, or faulty.
- You received the wrong item (different from what you ordered).
- The item is incomplete or missing parts.
Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
2. Non-refundable items
- Change-of-mind returns for hygiene-sensitive products (e.g. personal care, innerwear) once opened.
- Items marked as clearance / final sale.
- Items damaged due to customer misuse.
3. How to request

- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos or an unboxing video showing the problem
We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video — it helps us resolve claims quickly.
4. Return shipping
- If the issue is our fault (defective / wrong / damaged item), we cover the return shipping.
- For other approved returns, the customer bears the return shipping cost.
5. Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via our payment provider, Chip, within 7–14 working days. Bank processing time may vary.
6. Order cancellation
You may cancel an order before it is shipped for a full refund. Once shipped, the return policy above applies.
