Shipping Policy

We ship throughout Malaysia — Peninsular, Sabah and Sarawak. Here is what to expect after you place an order with Kemudahan Serbaneka.
1. Order processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
2. Estimated delivery time

Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed.
3. Shipping fees
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Any free-shipping promotions will be stated on the product or order page.
4. Courier partners
We ship via trusted couriers such as J&T Express, Pos Laju, and City-Link. The courier may vary by location and parcel size.
5. Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's status.
6. Delays
Deliveries may be delayed due to weather, peak seasons (e.g. festive periods, mega sales), courier backlogs, or incorrect/incomplete addresses. We appreciate your patience and will assist where we can.
7. Wrong address & failed delivery
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct. Parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery may require additional re-delivery charges.
